The Science of Pickleball Longevity

  • Recreational players often overlook physical conditioning, leading to continuous wear and tear on their muscles and connective tissues.

  • Generic workout videos overwhelm with options and usually don’t address your specific movement patterns.

  • With advanced computer vision and AI technology, Play On Pickle analyzes your biomechanics to pinpoint the muscles, bones, and joints that are strained or at risk of injury.

  • Based on that analysis, it prescribes targeted strengthening and conditioning routines optimized for maximum impact with minimal time investment.

  • Practice these tailored workouts to stay on the court and avoid long, costly injury-related breaks.

Very Easy To Use!

  • Place the camera behind the court near the players requiring movement analysis. You don’t need credit card to upload your game video. You can either use the camera feature of the application or you can upload a pre-recorded video as long as the video follows some key guidelines.

  • Once Play On Pickle AI completes its analysis, it will send you a link. Once you visit that link, you will be asked to create a profile. After profile creation, you will be able to see the detailed AI analysis. No credit card needed while creating the profile.

  • You will receive an in depth analysis of your movement signature across 15 foundational movements, their intensity, the impacted parts of your body and a personalized workout plan.
